We have all sorts of dock configurations to suit you. Our popular wharf slips hold boats up 42' in length comfortably and come with full power (30A and 50A), water, wired broadband internet and HD antenna service.
Our floating docks -- A, B and C Dock -- come in many different lengths (up to 36' max) and widths. Most have full power (30A) and water power pedestals. We also offer a number of floating docks without any power or water for those customers who do not need hookups. All of our docks are well lit to help you see your way on those midnight cruises.

Transient Slips
We are a popular destination for weekend and vacation cruisers. Many customers have chosen to have their mast stepped at Fair Point Marina and spend a night or two with us to visit with our friendly staff and customers. Our overnight guests enjoy full use of the marina amenities.
