Fair Point Marina is located in Fair Haven, New York on the north end of Little Sodus Bay, one of Lake Ontario's most scenic bays. With 80 deep water slips of all sizes and power configurations, the marina is home to a wonderful mix of sailors and power cruisers.  And don't worry about water levels. We've got plenty of deep water so you can stay in the water late into the fall.

The marina sits on a spectacular peninsula separating Lake Ontario and Little Sodus Bay. We're just a few hundred yards from the channel leading to Lake Ontario so you won't waste precious fuel or time getting out to open cruising waters. With long shorelines on both the bay and lake, the views are quite simply breathtaking.
